How we work
Request for repairs
You call us and we will listen to your problem. One of our operators will clarify the details, record your address and phone number, and coordinate with you the best time for the technician to come to your home.
Confirmation of the repair request
The operator transmits the data of your application to our master. He will contact you in advance and confirm his visit.
Repair
The master performs diagnostics of the household appliance and identifies the cause of the malfunction. If the breakdown is simple, he fixes it on the spot. However, repair may require spare parts, which may not be available to the master. In this case, he will arrange a second visit to you.
Payment
- If the repair is not difficult, we charge a minimum fee of $165.
- If replacement of spare parts is required, you pay for the labor costs associated with the replacement of the part and its cost.
- If there are no spare parts for repair, we charge a service fee of $75. At our next visit, you will pay for the labor costs and the cost of replacing the part.
- If you are not satisfied with the cost of repairs, you will be charged a service fee of $ 75.
